Business of Law Connect Forum- Working Together to Drive Legal Value for Optimal Results

Join us on June 23 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm PDT for an honest conversation between the stakeholders who drive value, both internally and externally for their organizations.  This is a one-of-a-kind forum where both law firms and in-house legal operations can have truly open dialogue on key issues that help these functions align and work together to build successful relationships.

This meeting will build on our previous Forum’s discussion of improving the financial process between law firms and clients. Doug Magnuson, Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Legal Decoder, will facilitate a discussion with the attendees around a model for the legal financial process. We will explore the areas of mutual interest between law firm and legal operations professionals in having a streamlined financial process. Attendees are invited to actively participate and share perspectives on which elements of the process work well and which need to be improved. The goal is to ultimately build a set of shared best practices and tools for collaboration that can be utilized across the industry.

Keeping in mind a goal of developing a West Coast Community please observe the below attendance guidelines.

Law Firm Pricing and LPM Members – are welcome to join even if you are not West Coast based as long as you bring a West Coast based legal operations professional to the meeting.
