As the Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Legal Decoder, Chris has led the design, development and implementation of Legal Decoder’s proprietary Legal Spend Authentication (LSA) solution and data platform.
Chris is also responsible for overseeing business operations and processes. He is an expert in database design and architecture, data warehousing and business intelligence and analytics. Prior to joining Legal Decoder, Chris held senior roles at Datastrong, Merkle, DATAllegro (acquired by Microsoft) and Clareos.
Chris holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Computer Science from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
Chris lives in Falls Church, Virginia with his wife, Martha, and their three sons.
When Chris isn’t drawing database flow charts on a white board, you can find him playing or coaching various sports with his boys, watching college basketball, or running around Falls Church.
